Content Editing

You can choose to set up different types of input fields depending on the type of content. For example, a blog may have a title, a short link, and a long text field for formatted content. These fields may vary in the product guide or photo blog, where you may need to add an image field. To edit the fields for each item in the content management system, click on any of the column headers. This will open a window to add new fields, where you can also reorder fields or modify existing fields or delete them.

Adding Content to the Canvas

After setting up the content, return to the canvas. You can access your collections from the "Insert" menu. Open the "Insert" menu, go to the "Content Management System" section, and then drag your collection and drop it onto the canvas. This will add a special layer connected to your data. From here, you can modify the visual properties on the right, just as you do with any regular layer.

Adding a Page with Content

If you want to add a page that is automatically populated with data from the content management system, go to the left sidebar. Once you enter the "Pages" tab, click the "+" button next to the "Content Management System" section. When adding an "Index" page, a page containing a list of all items in your collection will be added. When adding a "Details" page, a page will be displayed containing the content of each item in your collection.

Note: If you choose to add sample data, a new details page named "/blog" will be added to your website, and you will find the automatically added content there.

The details page will display the content extracted from the first item in the collection by default. To preview other items in the collection, change the content by selecting a different item from the drop-down list.
